For more than a decade and a half, Bryan E. Thomas has dedicated his professional life to becoming one of the Nation’s leading advocates for the policyholder and representing their interest concerning property insurance claims.He began his career at Friedline and Carter Adjustment and worked his way from Staff Adjuster to a Large Loss Adjuster overseeing only the largest claims for particular insurance companies. While serving as an insurance company employee, Mr. Thomas strived to ensure that policyholders were properly paid for their damages. Near the end of his employment as a Large Loss Adjuster, he noticed that carriers’ payment philosophy had changed. No longer was he allowed to pay claims based on a liberal interpretation of the policy. The change in claim payment philosophy by his employers was a clear indicator to Mr. Thomas that policyholder’s need protection and qualified representation. He became a policyholder advocate and represented thousands of individuals, businesses, condominiums associations and homeowners associations.
Mr. Thomas is regarded as a leading expert in property insurance claim adjusting and over the course of his career; Mr. Thomas has developed a well-deserved reputation as an authority in which other professionals, property owners and managers can fully place their trust.
Mr. Thomas results in Alternative Dispute Mechanisms such as Insurance Appraisal have been remarkable. The industry regards him as being one of the top public adjusters and insurance appraisers in the Country.

2014- 2017: US Adjusters - All of Florida

Bryan E. Thomas, was the Florida Public Insurance Adjuster representative for US Adjusters, where he represented homeowners and commercial business owners as well as condominium associations. Bryan’s main focus was on medium to large property damage claims. Bryan took on larger more complex claims or insurance appraisals all over the entire State of Florida. As the past owner and CEO of United States Adjusters, Bryan knew the ins and outs of everything there is to know in the Public Adjusting profession. 

2006-2014: President / CEO of United States Adjusters, Inc. - Nationwide

Bryan E. Thomas as the former President and CEO of United States Adjusters offered to provide a full line of public adjusting, appraisal services and disaster consulting to fulfill the needs of consumers. Bryan specialized in large losses such as commercial, condominium and homeowner association losses, and large loss residential claims. He achieved significant success on behalf of its clients.  As one who had spent many of his early years working for larger insurance companies, Mr. Thomas saw the need to bring his experienced voice to the insurance claims process as a consumer representative. Bryan successfully represented thousands property owners and corporations receive the insurance settlements they deserved. As the CEO of United States Adjusters Bryan lead a group of over 30 adjusters and affiliates across the Nation.

2009-2012: President / CEO of National Restoration Experts, Boca Raton, Florida

Mr. Thomas was the founder and President of National Restoration Experts, a South Florida Disaster Restoration Company until he sold the company in May of 2012. Mr. Thomas was in charge of all operations. Mr. Thomas proactively managed all aspects of the restoration company including overseeing all fire, flood, and water mitigation jobs to including, safety, project and work volume quality, efficiency, effectiveness in customer satisfaction, and profitability. He supported account representatives, estimators, and the reconstruction production and mitigation teams.

2005-2006: Large Loss Adjuster at York Claims Service, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Mr. Thomas served as a Large Loss Independent Adjuster for several of the largest insurance companies in Florida, Including Citizens Property Insurance which was the largest carrier in the State of Florida. He was the lead adjuster for the company before he realized the need to become a consumer advocate and represent the policyholder as a Public Adjuster. He felt the need for him to assist the policyholder was great after seeing some many underpaid claims that he felt should have been paid.

2001-2004: Independent Adjuster at Friedline & Carter Adjustment, Hyannis, Massachusetts

Mr. Thomas handled commercial property losses and residential losses in the State of Massachusetts for several large insurance companies. His responsibilities included policy interpretation, adjustment of claims.
